OUR SCHEDULE

Our classes are for all ages and fitness levels, tailored to each athlete’s ability. It builds coordination, agility, and speed through fun drills and foundational exercises while also incorporating explosive movements, acceleration techniques, and resistance training. With a focus on strength, power, and injury prevention, it’s perfect for beginners and advanced athletes alike.
